I have problem here with the support department. My phones has several problem's. The auto ratate screen doesn't work (not with pictures or movies), ít doesn't recognize my simcard (Telfort and KNP) dutch providers. At first i had more problems. After resetting to factory default several times the phone seems to start up normaly now and the slide to unlock is back. Now the support department want's ME to pay for the shippingcosts. Please guy's who aggree's with that? I think Dragonkicks must pay for all costs, they sent ne a bad product.
And to add some presure on me, they also say the phone has to be at the factory before april 25, sorry guy's i can't accept this. that's why this review. |

| My first impression on the impressive look of the phone and promp delivery made me comfortable. But while going a bit deeper I realize that there are some short comings:
1. Speaker phone does not seem to available. That means while on a call you cannot on put the speaker on
2. The volume of the MP3 player is too low. Even my simple old Nokia 6108 is louder
3. The phone does not play MP4 video files but plays only 3GP formats. The "Total video converter" that came with the software in the Chinese language does a very poor quality of converitng MP4 into 3GP format
4. Three-way conference calling is not possible even if the service provider offers it to you |

I hate to tell you Stephen but the SIM icon won't work. I doesn't with anyone but I still can make calls. The people over at www.hiphonepro.com say its an error in the firmware. I use TMobile and had to set it to use PCS and I am able to make calls and send SMS but no MMS. The Wap will not work either. Unfortunately I think we all got screwed with this phone and as i have said earlier, wait to buy this phone. |

| Hi Jens Hohl, pls try it by instruction as following:
1. Try first with one side of the connector. You may slant it slightly and insert one side into the phone a little, then fully insert the connector.
2. Try holding the phone so that the side of the phone faces you, which makes it easier to see clearly where the connector goes.
3. When inserting, try stirring subtly to help the connect slide into place.
4. There is no lock or hook design on the connector or the phone so it shouldn't get stuck in or out of the phone in normal use.
5. Make sure to examine if the metal part of the connector is not crooked or bent, especially after failing on forcing the connector into the phone.
If it still do not work, could you pls take the photos of the USB cable connecter and send them to us via email. |

If you already have one I say go to www.hiphonepro.com and keep up with what they are doing and it will also help with any questions you may have. if you have not bought one, i say WAIT. It is definitely a product that is not finished. Supposedly they are putting a new one out that is better but I would just wait. I think it could be a good phone if some things were fixed or just bite the bullet and spend more money and get a real iPhone. |

I did but it never worked. It was supposed to be a USPS tracking number but it still doesn't show up on the site.I ordered mine on a Friday and it came in the next Thursday. I wish i would have done some more research though. I have found the same phone on eBay fro $180 or so with shipping. The phone is quite buggy but a website has come up that is trying to help everyone with this phone. The site is www.hiphonepro.com and they are working on the firmware. The company that manufactures this phone is coming out with a new model that looks much closer to an iPhone. i really wish i would have waited just a bit before getting this phone but I am going to make the best of it. |

Just a reminder to those who has problem to get the phone working with their current network. There is a option where you can switch how the phone recieves the network. I had to do it, or the phone would have been useless for me. Everything works fine now. I live in Norway so if there are any other Norwegian customers here who had problems to get reception try switching band. (option on the phone) |

| US :hello, y have recive today after one week this phone, battery are ok usb adapter need to fit and work well, but the phone dosn't acept more than 2 gb micro sd , try with 4 and 8gb misco sd hc dosn't work, battery have long time duration.. work well with french country
but good product without wifi
FR : Une semaine d'attente après achat, réception ce jour du téléphone, la batteries livrées fonctionnent plutôt bien et longtemps.. le câble de liaison USB vers téléphone à du être légèrement réduit pour entrer dans le téléphone mais fonction depuis très bien, le téléphone est déloqué pour les puces sfr et orange, pas testé bouygues, malheureusement n’accepte pas les cartes micro sd de plus de 2gb, 4 et 8 gb hc non reconnues… ps le basculement de l’image ne s’effectue qu’avec les vidéos et images
