What is the best way to reach you and get a reply to my questions?
Communication with customers is our number one priority. We can be easily reached by the following ways:
The "Contact" link on our website - the most effective way for getting a response within the shortest possible time.
Yahoo or MSN instant messaging links on our website - they are mainly for sales related inquiries.
Phone and voicemail - for customers who already have an order with us we will provide our number to call.
Visit in person - if you are travelling in South China, we will be happy to meet you.
What is the customer's responsibility?
Customers must be reachable via email and/or phone. These are the only two ways we contact our customers. It is extremely important that:
your email address should be one that you most often use, and
you should check your junk mailbox to see if our emails end up there, and
your phone number is in use and your voicemail (in any) is not full.
Alternatively, you can give us your fax number, Yahoo/AOL/MSN id's, additional email addresses, and additional phone numbers.
Do I get order confirmation, payment confirmation, tracking number and so on?
Our order system sends the following emails automatically to the email address you used to sign up at our website:
Order Confirmation which contains information of shipping address, items, prices and order date.
Order Update which contains your tracking number for each item you ordered.
Notification about item that happens to be out of stock when your order is processed.
Is the order confirmation and tracking information available on the website?
Absolutely. We strongly suggest that you log in to your account after placing an order. Order and payment status, tracking numbers and coupons are all available online in your account in real time. It's the most effective way of finding out what is going on with your order.
How to order?
There are four easy steps to place your order:
Browse the online catalog or search for a particular item number, select size (if any), add to cart and click "Checkout".
Create or log in to your account, for which we need your name, shipping address, email address and phone number only. Again, make sure your contact information is valid.
Review the order summary and enter your discount code if you have one.
Confirm the order, then select your payment option from a list, and be forwarded to the appropriate third party secure websites for payment processing.
Are these items authentic originals or factory variants?
We do not claim these items to be original or authentic. We only guarantee that the quality of our products is second to none. A huge amount of time has been spent on sourcing for manufacturers with the highest quality in China/Asia. This means picking out only the top 10% of all manufactures there are.
Do the shoes come with original
box and retro card?
Yes, all shoes come with brand new boxes and retro cards (if any) at the time of shipping. However due to the fact the they are shipped a long way from China, there is no guarantee that the packaging will not suffer from damages caused by international and domestic shipping companies as well as inspection by the customs.
What payment method do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit/debit card securely through third party payment gateways. We also offer attractive discounts and faster processing for cash payment through Western Union and MoneyGram. We currently do NOT accept personal checks and money orders.
How long does it take to process my order?
We begin processing your order
immediately after we receive your payment. It takes 7 to 15 days to arrive at your door. At this time, however, ladies shoes are subject to longer lead time up to 2 weeks to process.
How can I get an even better price? Do you wholesale?

How is my order shipped? Is overnight shipping available?
Your order is shipped directly from China via major international express services like EMS, USPS, TNT, DHL, UPS and FedEx. Unfortunately there is no overnight shipping available for international shipments. The average delivery time is 5 to 7 business days.
Is there any shipping cost?
Shipping and handling fee applies on per item basis for retail. For wholesale orders the quotation includes all costs. Either way there's no tax.
What is your return/refund policy?
Because this is an international business, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to reasons such as a change of mind, or a minor difference from the item shown in picture. Albeit, we are open to communication with customers regarding any such issues. For details please refer to our Conditions of Use section.

What should I do to protect myself from scams?
With the booming of online businesses comes frauds and scams. Today there are thousands of such websites on the internet. Here are some tips:
If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. When you see a website selling at $35 or $40 a pair, don't congratulate yourself too early. If you buy from them you probably will never see your money again, nor will you receive your merchandize.
If a website does not accept credit card as a payment method, don't waste your time. No matter how attractive their catalog looks, it's copied from elsewhere anyway. This type of websites oftentimes are the same ones that sell at $35 or $40 a pair.
Is it a good idea to buy from websites that advertise in the right hand side of google search? Maybe not. Advertisement costs thousands of dollars, and it eventually comes out of the consumer's pocket of course. Worse, scammers can simply take your money and advertise more, without sending you anything.
Always do a background check on the website. Go to www.whois.sc and look under Registry Data, which tells you when this website was created. Any website that's created only a few months ago is not worth your time.
